A federal report reveals that the Biden administration launched a coordinated campaign against Christians from its earliest days in 2021, targeting them through prosecutions and institutional bias. The Justice Department documented how the administration pursued “its radical policy agenda, even when its actions infringed on Christian beliefs, free exercise, and on matters of deep personal importance to nearly every American: life, family, marriage, self-identity, education, medical decisions, and more.”
Acting Attorney General Todd Blanche stated the administration’s goal was “to punish Christians for their faith.” Published by the Task Force to Eradicate Anti-Christian Bias, the report details former President Joe Biden’s policies that regularly clashed with a Christian worldview and burdened traditional religious practices. Conflicts centered on abortion, gender ideology, and sexual orientation.
The report’s 14 key findings include:
– Aggressive prosecutions of Christians over abortion issues
– Refusal to acknowledge the right of conscience for refusing participation in abortions
– Smearing traditional Catholics who attend Latin Mass as “crazed racists and terrorists”
– Directing the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) investigations against Christian churches holding traditional beliefs
Citing the DOJ’s report on the Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances Act (FACE Act), the Task Force asserts that Biden’s administration functioned as an enforcement arm for abortion-focused non-governmental organizations, including the National Abortion Federation, Planned Parenthood, and Feminist Majority Foundation. These groups allegedly “alerted” the DOJ to pro-life activities and gathered evidence at its request.
The report states abortion NGOs prepared dossiers on Christian advocates, including photographs and personal information about their children. They also alerted the Civil Rights Division to protests, rallies, and social media posts to facilitate criminal charges. Additionally, the Biden DOJ withheld critical evidence requested by defense counsel for a pro-life defendant.
A second key finding notes that the FBI investigated, monitored, tracked, and scrutinized traditional Catholics with no criminal misconduct. Relying on the discredited Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC), the FBI conducted investigations into individuals identifying as “radical traditional Catholics,” labeling them potential violent extremists based on their religious preferences, Latin Mass attendance, views on abortion, immigration, and human sexuality.
The administration also curtailed Christians’ ability to jointly worship and study the Bible. Examples include:
– Federal museums in Washington, D.C., requiring participants at the 2023 March for Life to remove religious attire or leave premises
– The National Park Service denying a Catholic group access to a national cemetery for a Memorial Day service honoring fallen soldiers in 2023 and 2024
– A Christian student being repeatedly prohibited from Bible studies outside school hours under the Department of Labor’s Jobs Corps program
– A Catholic hospital in Oklahoma being told to extinguish religious candles to retain Medicare and Medicaid funding
The IRS investigated churches based on pastors’ teachings and Christian organizations for applying biblical principles to daily life. In one case, the administration revoked tax-exempt status for an organization because its Bible teachings were “typically affiliated with the Republican party and candidates.” Attorney General Merrick Garland’s memorandum identified parents questioning school board decisions as potential extremists, claiming such parents might be intimidated by school districts’ policies.
The report concludes that the Biden Administration engaged in anti-Christian bias to limit Christians’ ability to act on their beliefs at home, work, and in public. This led some to choose between their faith and federal compliance, with the administration allegedly prosecuting and jailing peaceful pro-life demonstrators, terminating or harassing Christian workers who resisted vaccine mandates, targeting Christian organizations with IRS inquiries, and imposing excessive fines on Christian schools.
The administration’s zealotry is partly explained by the number of “sex perverts” it appointed, including:
– Richard Levine, a doctor who calls himself “Rachel” and serves as the No. 2 official at the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS). He advocates for “gender-affirming” medical care for transgender children, which includes dangerous puberty blockers and mutilating surgeries such as penectomies and mastectomies.
– Sam Brinton, a bald, non-binary individual described as a “sadhast” who participates in homo spanking seminars and advocates underage homosexual prostitution.
– Demetre Daskalakis, the “monkeypox czar,” who is described as a “flaming homosexual” who accoutered himself like members of the Village People.
– White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre, a lesbian immigrant from Haiti.
The report also notes that Biden appointed a transvestite to his Defense Department transition team and ordered the military to enlist transgender individuals.
