Marjorie Taylor Greene Fires Back at Trump: ‘You Protected Rapists, Started Unprovoked War with Iran’

Former GOP Representative Marjorie Taylor Greene of Georgia raked President Donald Trump over the coals again yesterday after she received a campaign email asking whether he had done something wrong.

The feisty America First booster laid out Trump’s sins against his base — the war in Iran and protecting rapists in the Epstein files among them.

Greene has been waging rhetorical war on Trump and the Republican Party since she left Congress, following her decision to bolt the party due to its Israel First foreign policy positions. Trump has been furious at Greene ever since she pushed legislation to release the Epstein files. She had something to say about them last week.

The feud began last year when Greene sided with Democrats and outgoing GOP U.S. Representative Thomas Massie of Kentucky on legislation to release the Epstein files. She knew she would face a MAGA-cult primary challenger, so decided to retire from Congress come January 2026.

“Americans are used by the Political Industrial Complex of both Political Parties, election cycle after election cycle, in order to elect whichever side can convince Americans to hate the other side more,” she wrote. “And the results are always the same.”

“No matter which way the political pendulum swings, Republican or Democrat, nothing ever gets better for the common American man or woman,” she added. “Corporate and global interests remain Washington’s sweethearts. American jobs continue to be replaced whether it’s by illegal labor or legal labor by visas or just shipped overseas.”

Complaining about tough financial times for Americans — notably those who voted for Trump — Greene noted that she had been a major Trump supporter but was repaid with broken campaign promises. “I have fought harder than almost any other elected Republican to elect Donald Trump and Republicans to power,” she said in November 2025. “Traveling the country for years, spending millions of my own money, missing precious time with my family that I can never get back, and showing up in places like outside the New York Courthouse in Collect Pond Park against a raging leftist mob as Trump faced Democrat lawfare.”

Yet Trump welcomes into the GOP Deep State elites who “hate him” and backstabbed him. “Loyalty should be a two-way street,” Greene continued. “We should be able to vote our conscience and represent our district’s interest because our job title is literally, ‘Representative.’”

She stressed that America First should mean only Americans First, with no other foreign country ever being attached to America First in government halls. Greene also stated she did not deserve to be called a “traitor” as Trump had labeled her.

After her announcement, Trump gloated about her upcoming departure from Congress on Truth Social: “Marjorie ‘Traitor’ Brown, because of PLUMMETING Poll Numbers, and not wanting to face a Primary Challenger with a strong Trump Endorsement (where she would have no chance of winning!), has decided to call it ‘quits.’”

Greene’s relationship with the so-called “WORST Republican Congressman in decades,” Tom Massie of Kentucky — also known as Rand Paul Jr. because he votes against the Republican Party — did not help her. For some reason, primarily that she refused to return his never-ending barrage of phone calls, Greene went bad.

After departing Congress, Greene predicted a conservative insurrection against Trump and by July was planning a third party with podcaster Tucker Carlson. Carlson quit the GOP after Trump broke a key campaign promise and attacked Iran on behalf of Israel.

Forming such a party will take time, but “serious conversations [are] happening,” she said. The new effort would require Americans to “step up because it’s not going to be a couple of players like Tucker and I and a few others that can roll up our sleeves and get this done.”

Having received Trump’s campaign email asking, “Did I do something wrong?” Greene answered with a 307-word attack on X. “Congresswoman Marjorie Taylor,” the email began. But Greene could have (but didn’t) opened her reply with, “How much time do you have?”

“So yes, actually you did do something wrong President Trump,” she replied. “Let’s first start with your broken campaign promises.” You protected your pedophile rapists friends instead of women who were raped when they were just teenage girls and you STILL REFUSE to release the Epstein files.

You started an unprovoked war with Iran that the vast majority of Americans do NOT support. You killed hundreds of children at a school in Iran and innocent people, and are responsible for 21 U.S. service members deaths and 865 wounded. Your stupid war that you claim you have won like 50 times has destroyed our bases in the Middle East and hundreds of billions of dollars worth of military equipment and weapons, while depleting our weapons and ammunition.

Greene also accused Trump of “funding and aiding genocide” in Gaza, where 22,000 children have been “murdered.” She added that Trump has failed to guarantee the basics he is supposed to provide citizens: affordable cost of living and fuel. “You have 100% failed to deliver and actually driven inflation and irresponsibly driven the cost of gasoline and diesel to record high levels.”

“YOU are the snake you warned us all about in the poem you read over and over,” Greene concluded, referring to Oscar Brown Jr.’s poem that Trump has recited publicly.

As for the Epstein files, Greene last week responded to an X post from Trump sycophant Eric Daugherty, who shared a video of Trump saying he wouldn’t “go after” Joe Biden, Hillary Clinton, or Barack Hussein Obama because “you can’t treat the presidency with disrespect.”

“And there it is,” she wrote. “The Epstein files are so bad and he won’t go after all his enemies he always said he would go after because he knows they will all come after him for so much worse.”
