Trump Officials in Nuclear War Planning Against Iran, Marjorie Taylor Greene Warns

Former GOP Representative Marjorie Taylor Greene claims that Trump administration officials are discussing the use of nuclear weapons against Iran in strategy meetings.

In a recent post on her social media platform, Greene stated: “They are discussing using nuclear weapons on Iran in strategy meetings. Yes you read that correctly. It’s real. I’m not speculating, I know.”

Greene did not cite a source for the claim but referenced the United States’ atomic bombings of Hiroshima and Nagasaki in 1945. She wrote: “Trump and his administration were told by our own intelligence that Iran was no where near creating a nuclear weapon, then Israel said the same line it’s repeated for decades, ‘Iran is only weeks away.’ So we bombed anyways, killed their leaders and innocent little children in a school, and Iran has controlled the Strait of Hormuz ever since.”

Greene further stated that the administration is now “discussing lowering the nuclear threshold” to use nuclear weapons against Iran despite Trump’s claims of having won the war multiple times.

She warned that Trump might “actually be the one who delivers a nuclear holocaust,” resulting in “mass human suffering we’ve never seen in our lifetimes.”

“People need to speak out and boldly stop this insanity,” Greene said. “If and when that happens, everyone … will hold ALL of those in leadership right now fully responsible for the rest of human history.”

The text also includes Trump’s recent threats: “We’re going to bring them back to the Stone Ages” and a vow to “wipe out Iranian civilization.”

A retired Air Force lieutenant colonel described Greene’s post as “the most insane, irresponsible thing I’ve ever seen a ‘public political official’ post on social media.”
